In order to better serve you, we have compiled the following list of maintenance emergencies for you to reference in case you encounter one of the following emergencies outside of normal office hours. If you have any questions or concerns, please, contact the leasing office.


Emergencies

  • Fire
  • Flood
    • Applies to any water problem that causes severe property damage
  • No Power
  • Broken Glass
  • Fridge Not Cooling
  • Uncontrollable Leak
  • Vehicle Stuck in Garage
  • No Hot and/or Cold Water
  • Overflowing or Stopped Up Toilet
    • Applies only to one bathroom apartments
  • Unsecured Door or Defective Lock
  • Resident Locked Out of Apartment
    • $50.00 Fee Applies
  • Furnace & Air Conditioner Emergency Requirements:
    • No Heat - Temperature must be 60 degrees fahrenheit or lower
    • No A/C - Temperature must be 80 degrees fahrenheit or higher
      • For the safety of our maintenance employees, a "No A/C" call will not be repaired after dark, regardless of the outside temperature. Additionally, they will not be able to repair the unit if it is raining outside. Your unit will be repaired the next day if it is not still raining.
